Naturex applies a comprehensive analytical testing to every batch for all products. The rigorousness of the control procedures in all the production sites ensures full traceability. The sixteen production sites each have their own quality control laboratory: the products are controlled throughout the manufacturing process.

Ingredients must be standardized with strict quality controls to ensure consistent composition, safety, and potency. All the ingredients manufactured by Naturex undergo a comprehensive series of tests for identity, purity and potency.

Naturex owns highly sophisticated instrumentation to insure the highest level of quality ingredients. The extensive analytical instrumentation includes HPLC-MS, HPLC, PPSL, NMR, GC-MS, GC, ICP, ICP-MS, HPTLC, TLC... Naturex employs rigorous analytical standards and applies tests for heavy metals, pesticides, and microbiology.

Naturex testing procedures are the toughest in the business. In addition, Naturex implements new technologies that raise the bar in critical areas of quality control, safety, efficacy and physical characteristics of ingredients.
