Vege'Brite Line

Vege'Brite products are blends of Naturex coloring extracts
(see NAT'Color line).

These blends are often developed:
• to obtain shades not directly available with one natural pigment,
• to optimize a process
• or for labelling purposes

Vege'Brite products are always developed to adjust to the specific requirements of our customers.

The examples listed below are not exhaustive, but they allow a better understanding of the concept and interest of these products:

• A blend of paprika and turmeric extracts results in a shade identical to beta carotene. Not only does this blend allow the labelling as "natural origin", it also offers the flexibility to adapt very exactly the colour to the desired effect.

• A blend of various oleoresins allows to reach a color close to caramel, avoiding the labelling of this color additive.

• The blend of certain anthocyanins with paprika extract results in a "bright red" color which cannot be obtained with only one natural pigment.

The Vege’Brite line is continuously expanded with more and more complex blends, which sometimes include three or four different pigments.

These products are used in all fields of the food industry: beverages, snacks, meat products, sauces, cooked dishes….
