Naturex has two locations in the United States: New Jersey and California.

The US Headquarters are located in New Jersey since the acquisition of Pure World. This site currently houses the US Sales team.

This 138,000 square feet facility has massive manufacturing capacities (25 tons/day of raw materials extracted and 48 tons/day of spray dried powders) and specific equipments for granulation processes (dry compaction or wet extrusion) that enable the production of high quality powders with improved density and optimized particle size distribution.

United States location

Its QC laboratory has several analytical and identification tools: HPLC, HPLC-MS, GC, GC-MS, PPSL, NMR, ICP, TLC, FTIR. This laboratory detects the most common pollutants and contaminants: Pesticides, Aflatoxins, Heavy Metals, Microbiology...

The California site was acquired in 2002. This 26,000 square feet facility is dedicated to the manufacturing of extracts for the nutraceutical industry and has specific blending and granulation capabilities. Its QC laboratory is equipped with HPLC as well as identification instruments such as TLC and FTIR. From a logistics point of view, this site ideally completes the New Jersey site.
