OUR INSPIRATION
Our Elote is inspired by the grilled tastes of the traditional Mexican street food. This mouth-watering dish slathers steamed sweet corn in an authentic combination of our fire-roasted green and red chili sauces along with Chipotle infused mayo that gets a natural makeover using our natural EDTA replacer XtraBlend RN to preserves taste and flavor freshness, it is finally garnished with Cotija cheese.
