Richard van Breemen, PhD, is Director of the Linus Pauling Institute, Professor of Medicinal Chemistry, Department of Pharmaceutical Sciences, College of Pharmacy, Oregon State University, Corvallis, Oregon-USA Dr. van Breemen’s research has focused for over 25 years on botanicals & natural products chemistry and pharmacology to enhance health and prevent disease. He received the Varro E. Tyler Prize from the American Society of Pharmacognosy in 2017.
